The home has wide water views from every room and 2,300 square feet of indoor living space, with a bright, open floor plan. A large screened lanai gives the heated pool and spa complete privacy. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, with a pass-through window to the pool. Each bathroom has a double granite-top sink, and the primary bedroom has a walk-in closet.
Inside there is a pool table, board games, cable, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a DVD player, plus a 50-inch television in the family room, a 55-inch television in the living room, and a 32-inch flat screen in each bedroom. Two leather sofas and recliners are there for gathering. The hot tub seats four and has 18 jets, with a high-powered pool heater.
A private dock, reached by two staircases, is for a boat you may rent from a local marina — for fishing, cruising the inland waterways toward the Everglades or up to Naples, or picnicking on the Gulf beaches.
Just relax, sit back, and watch the manatees and dolphins swim by, right from the lanai.
