About the condo

A quiet studio on the 8th floor, across the street from Bonita Beach, with a partial Gulf view.

Unit 3801 is in Building 3. It sits away from traffic. From the balcony the view is mangroves and the bay, and a partial view of the Gulf.

It sleeps four. The bedroom is a king. The living area has a hotel-style queen sleeper sofa. In the photos, the bed and the sofa share one open room.

The kitchen is updated: new appliances, cabinets, granite counters, cookware, dishes, a coffee maker, and a blender. The bathroom vanity is updated. A smart 55-inch TV has cable.

Guest parking. Beach chairs and a cooler. On site: two large heated pools, bocce, shuffleboard, basketball, pickleball, and gas grills. A Hawaiian-style restaurant in Building 1 serves breakfast and lunch. Credit-card laundry is on the ground floor. The lobby has games. Tennis courts are still being rebuilt.

“Had a great stay. Property was immaculate, location was perfect. Lots of great restaurants, spent lots of time at the pool and beach. Host was fantastic. Very timely and thorough communication; answered all our inquiries very quickly. Will definitely come back if possible.”

“8th floor, pool view. This is a small studio that's just right for a couple. Well stocked kitchen with a Keurig. Plenty of towels, 2 beach chairs, and a large rolling cooler. We could've used more pillows and blankets.”

“Great location, but could use some sprucing up. Fantastic area, beaches and wildlife. Owners communicative. Decor felt thrown together, and coffee cups had dried coffee in them.”

A short policy

A 25% deposit is due when you reserve. The balance is due 60 days before arrival.

No security deposit is required. A property damage protection fee covers the stay.

No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. No excessive noise. Keep balcony noise down after 10:00 p.m.

Cancellation: a full refund at least 30 days before check-in, a half refund at least 14 days before, and no refund inside 14 days.
