About the house

Wide water views, a heated pool with southern exposure, and a backyard beach on the canal.

The home has wide water views from most of the house and about 1,800 square feet of indoor living space. A large screened lanai gives the heated pool complete privacy, with southern exposure. All three bedrooms look onto the canal. There are two family rooms. The kitchen faces the water and has a pass-through window to the pool. Each bathroom has double sinks and a larger-than-usual stand-up shower.

Sleeping, as listed: the primary bedroom has a king and sleeps two; guest bedroom 1 has a queen and sleeps two; guest bedroom 2 has twin beds and sleeps two; a living-room convertible sofa bed sleeps one; a family-room convertible sofa bed sleeps one.

There is a full-size pool table, board games, cable, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a DVD player. Televisions: a 65-inch smart TV in the living room, a 60-inch TV in the family room, a 50-inch TV in the primary bedroom and the first guest bedroom, and a 32-inch TV in the second bedroom. Leather sofas and recliners are there for gathering.

Also here: five bikes with helmets, beach chairs, a beach trolley, a beach umbrella, tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, poolside chaise lounges, an outdoor gas grill, and a five-person hot tub with 22 jets, a waterfall, and an ozone system.
